Slovak Safer Internet Centre (SK SIC)
SK SIC was initiated by NGO eSlovensko, Slovak Committee for UNICEF and the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic (project Websites: Zodpovedne.sk, Pomoc.sk, Stopline.sk, Sheeplive.eu). The Project focuses on the Safety of Children and Youth, especially the Risks of the Internet, mobile Phones and new Technologies. For the lower age Group of Children acts as a prevention Project, to Youth it wittily sets the Mirror of Misconduct and Adults wishing to learn from the Project.
Safer Internet Day 2014
SID 2014 took place on Tuesday 11th February 2014 at 10:30 am at the Integrated School Novohradska, Bratislava. During the Event, there was introduced the Project "Nehejtuj.sk" ("Donothate" in Slovak Language) following the Intolerance Issues within the Virtual Space. There was also organized the Ceremony for the Winners of the 5th Competition Zodpovedne.sk organized in all School across the Slovakia.
